Rule: During each player's upkeep that player chooses a target creature, then rolls a set of wild mage dice (a +1/+1 counter dice, a -1/-1 counter dice, and two different that have creature keywords on them). That creature gains the keywords and the difference between the +1 and the -1 dice until end of turn. Treat this dice roll as a cast instant spell with no color identity, that cannot be countered. 

Example rolls:
+3/+3, -1/-1, flying, lifelink results in the creature getting +2/+2 and the abilities.
+1/+1, -5/-5, hexproof, defender results in -4/-4 and the abilities.

Target must be legal as spell resolves.
